Kate is the Customer Services Manager and PA to the Director Emma James, making sure all patients expectations, requirements and needs are met.

Kate firmly believes that every patient is entitled to elite care, from your first enquiry with us, to your last appointment and will do her best to ensure every patient journey with Emma James Physio is of the highest standard. Along with the rest of the admin team she will be able to assist you in the whole process from booking an appointment to settling your account.
